2. Objective

Within 6-8 weeks, you build your digital factory under our expert guidance. Day-to-day manufacturing is planned and executed using real data:

Production planning based on real capacity at the operator level - clear job sequencing and reliable completion dates.
Automatic rescheduling when absences, machine breakdowns, or urgent orders appear - the planner no longer needs to rebuild the schedule manually.
Integrated product configurator that automatically creates manufacturing orders and routings - fewer errors, faster quoting, and a faster production start.
One visual planning and shop-floor screen for everyone - sales sees committed dates, production sees priorities, and managers track load and potential delays.

3. Scope - what is included

With the Guided Package, we provide the map while you drive:

Phase 1-5 Roadmap: We provide the exact structured rollout plan and data templates.
Weekly Coaching Calls: 1-on-1 video call coaching to audit your work, review progress, and keep you on track.
System Audits: We review the 20 work centers and planning rules your team creates to make sure no mistakes are made.
Virtual Key User Training: Woosh provides virtual training for your key users once the system is built.

4. Detailed work list

A structured, 5-phase approach. Your team builds the system, our experts review your work weekly.

Phase 1: Factory Map & Strategy

1.1 Kickoff call
  • Woosh & Client establish introductions and objectives.
  • Confirm scope, factory location, and target go-live timing.
1.2 Factory mapping
  • Woosh & Client review main product families.
  • Identify main flows, routings, and bottlenecks.
1.3 Data Templates Handover
  • Woosh provides required data templates.
  • Client prepares their master data for import.

Phase 2: Build Work Centers & Calendars

2.1 Client builds work centers
  • Client logs into the system to build their own 20 work centers.
  • Woosh advises and audits the setup.
2.2 Operators / teams
  • Client inputs the operator lists.
  • Client assigns operators to work centers based on their data.
2.3 Client builds calendars
  • Client configures overall factory working calendar.
  • Client configures shifts and downtime rules.
2.4 Weekly Review Call
  • Woosh reviews the work center build on a weekly Zoom call to ensure no mistakes.

Phase 3: Configure Planning Engine Rules

3.1 Client configures planning rules
  • Client sets up their own planning rules.
  • Woosh provides guidance on scheduling logic and priorities.
3.2 Testing with sample orders
  • Client loads sample real or historical orders.
  • Client reviews sequences and dates.
3.3 Weekly Review Call
  • Woosh audits the planning engine rules and simulated order sequences via Zoom.

Phase 4: Run Shop-Floor Pilot

4.1 Client drives the pilot
  • Client sets up the pilot program internally.
  • Client configures operator screens or QR flow for the pilot area.
4.2 Pilot review and adjustments
  • Client runs the pilot testing on the shop floor.
  • Woosh reviews pilot data with the client on the weekly call.

Phase 5: Key User Training

5.1 Virtual Training
  • Woosh delivers virtual key user training sessions.
  • Ensures client team understands capacity planning fully.
5.2 Final Audit & Go-Live
  • Woosh conducts final system audit before full production rollout.

5. What is NOT included

This is a Guided package, meaning your team does the building. The following are not included:

System Building: We do not build the work centers or configure the planning rules for you. Your team handles data entry and configuration.
Data Migration & Cleansing: You manage your own data cleansing and import using our templates.
Custom development work or integrations with third-party systems.
Travel and on-site work at the client location.

6. Preconditions

To ensure a smooth 6-8 week delivery, the client agrees to:

Internal Tech Champion: You must have a dedicated internal team member who has the time to actively build the system week-by-week.
Active Participation: The tech champion attends weekly coaching calls and completes the roadmap milestones on schedule.
Active Subscription: The client subscribes to the Woosh MRP system with the required infrastructure.
Hardware Provision: The client provides standard shop-floor equipment (e.g. basic £150 Android tablets, PCs, or smartphones for scanning).
